FOOD
My big food philosophy after 15 years of staying in a foreign country is to not compromise. The set menus are carefully chosen and while the dishes are prepared in Germany, this doesn’t make them any less authentic. The set menus are called ‘Sinseon’, ‘Seonbi’ and ‘Sura’ – traditional words from ancient Korea – and are explained in detail. Naturally good food is enhanced by a great wine pairing.
WINE
After living in Germany for a few years I found the drink I disliked the most, became the exact opposite – a firm favourite. While travelling the world and exploring Germany, I discovered the wines that pair best with Korean food. Life is short. Wine is delicious. Stay foolish, stay thirsty!
